Classes run on weekends, but the pantry shop is open through the week for those who want to stock up before trying a recipe at home.
If you call during a class, we might not pick up right away. Mornings before 10:00 are usually the quietest, and email gets a reply within one business day. For questions about a specific recipe card, mention the dish name in your message so we can give you a more useful answer.
